Yes, and this is the main reason to choose it in Pakistan. Fingerprints, cards, the keypad and the app at the door all work with no network at all. Passcodes are calculated by a shared algorithm rather than delivered over the internet, so a code you generate on your phone in Lahore opens a lock in Naran that has never been online.

The only features that need connectivity are remote unlocking and live entry logs, and those need the G2 gateway plus WiFi, or a lock with WiFi built in like the RTTW-26.

TTLock is for homes, apartments, offices and short-term rentals, managed from a phone app by one or two people. TThotel is a hotel access system: room locks plus a USB card encoder plus Windows reception software, designed for staff issuing Mifare cards to guests all day.

The rule of thumb is a reception desk. If someone sits at one, you want TThotel. If not, TTLock is simpler and cheaper.

Sign in with the mobile number or email you registered on the TTLock app. The browser console is at lock.ttlock.com and uses the same credentials, which is the better tool if you manage several locks.

There is no separate ttlock.pk account, and we cannot reset a TTLock password for you, that is TTLock's system. What we can do is recover admin control of a lock we supplied when the original administrator has left.

TTLock's global catalogue is far larger, but these are the models that hold up on Pakistani doors and that we can get parts for. If you need something else, the wider smart door lock range runs to 43 models across platforms.

Usually, yes. Most Pakistani wooden and steel doors take a standard mortise body and the lock replaces what is already there, no new holes in the frame and no wiring. Send us a photo of the door edge and the existing lock on WhatsApp and we will tell you which models fit before you pay for anything.

The keypad beeps and the app warns you for weeks first, so it is rarely a surprise. Four AA cells last roughly a year on normal household use. If you ignore every warning, you use the mechanical key that comes with every lock. Several models also take emergency USB power from a phone power bank to get you in.

Yes, and this is the standard hotel setup. One Mifare card opens the room and, dropped into the key card energy saving switch, powers the AC and lights. Take the card out on the way out and the room shuts down. In a Pakistani summer that switch is often the fastest-paying item on the whole quote.

Delivery is nationwide with cash on delivery. Our own installers cover Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Faisalabad and Multan. Hotel and multi-door projects we travel to anywhere, including the northern areas. Elsewhere for a single lock, a local electrician can fit it in under an hour and we will join on a video call to set the app up.

It depends which system, and this is where properties get it wrong. TThotel depends on its cloud and mobile app for remote check-in, live room status and syncing the desk to your phone, so a long outage in Hunza, Skardu, Naran or Kalam can stall your front desk.

For those properties we fit the standalone RFID hotel lock at PKR 13,500. No cloud component: cards are encoded at the desk on the included licensed software and the lock reads the card, so no staff member or guest needs signal. 18 months on AA batteries, no wiring, mechanical override key, rated to -50°C.

TTLock is different again. The lock validates passcodes offline, so a keypad lock suits a single owner-managed rest house. Generate the codes while you have signal rather than when the guest is at the door.
